Dr. Shivam Khare is working as a Consultant Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist, and Therapeutic Endoscopist in the Institute of Liver Gastroenterology Pancreatico-Biliary sciences (ILGPS) at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He has completed his Graduation (MBBS) and Post Graduation (MD Medicine) from the renowned Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior (MP) in the years 2011 and 2015, respectively.
In 2015, he served as a Senior Resident in the Department of Medicine, at Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior.
In 2016, he was selected for the coveted Super Specialization course (Gastroenterology and Hepatology) at the premier institute of India, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. After the successful completion of his super specialization, he did his fellowship in Advanced Endoscopy at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and he was trained meticulously in Therapeutic Endoscopic Ultrasound, ERCP, and Third space Endoscopy (POEM, EMR, ESD, STER, ARMA). He also did research work in the Liver and Endoscopy field, and published articles in National and International Journals, and presented his work in various National and International conferences.
Dr shivam Khare has 12 years of experience in clinical practice and 7 years experience in Gastroenterology, hepatology and therpeutic endoscopy practice. He recently performed a challenging endocopic procedure per oral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) in youngest patient of India
